What Can Edgateway Do for Me?
EdGateway is a free, easy-to-use resource that can benefit educators in myriad ways:
*Building and sustaining vibrant online communities.
On EdGateway, users can access a variety of communities, each having a unique educational focus. Within these communities are numerous groups whose members keep informed using EdGateway's messaging and calendaring capabilities.
*Providing a forum for groups to actively discuss, debate, and calendar events.
Users can join any number of ongoing groups, or can create their own. Groups can be created by an organization, a project, or by discussion topic. Online group communications take place by e-mail or the Web and are archived in a "threaded" discussion that documents messages and responses in chronological order.
