An opportunity to explore one of the most diverse intertidal zones on the West Coast. Students will learn about the amazing adaptations of plants and animals to tide pool life.
Coyote Point Museum for Environmental Education offers exciting educational experiences that enhance curricula from pre-school to 8th grade. Additional programming can be developed upon request for older grade levels. Offerings include on-site docent tours, classes, special exhibits, excursions into country foothills and tide pool areas and programs at your site. Live animals, hands-on activities, and innovative classes excite and inspire students about Bay Area ecology and the interdependence of people and nature.
