This nine-unit curriculum was designed for high school classrooms in the San Francisco Bay Area. Activities can be used in marine science, biology, environmental science classes, and science clubs. The topics covered in each of the nine units include: Gulf of the Farallones National Marine Sanctuary, Oceanography, Food Webs, Sandy Beaches, the Sandy Beach Monitoring Project, Oil Spills, Seabirds and Shorebirds, Rocky Shores, and the Rocky Intertidal Monitoring Project. A teachers workshop is offered periodically in support of this curriculum.
