Coyote Point Museum for Environmental Education offers exciting educational experiences that enhance curricula from pre-school to 8th grade. Additional programming can be developed upon request for older grade levels. Offerings include on-site docent tours, classes, special exhibits, excursions into country foothills and tide pool areas and programs at your site. Live animals, hands-on activities, and innovative classes excite and inspire students about Bay Area ecology and the interdependence of people and nature.
Located in a scenic bayside park, the Museum illustrates the beauty of the natural world and explores human relationships to the environment. Along with an 8,000 square foot Museum, the grounds include Wildlife Habitats, a walk-through Aviary and Gardens. The surrounding recreation area offers playgrounds, picnic facilities, a marsh beech and walking trails.
