About BASA   The Bay Area Science Alliance (BASA) is a non-profit partnership of education and business leaders committed to fostering science education and literacy throughout the Bay Area. BASA provides access to resources for teachers, parents, providers and the general public; encouraging participation in fun and educational activities related to the environment and science.
